Opening to What Life Gives Us
Being and Surrendering
Dear friends, I hope you are well and having a beautiful day.
I am deeply curious about living life in flow, and shedding any agenda I think should be. Each day to wake up, and participate in life, opening to what life must show me, and not what I must forcibly make happen.
Seeking a balance, between showing up as simply another beautiful day of practice and surrendering to how each moment unfolds. I am developing a faith and trust in life, that this unfolding process is perfect. It is perfect, but not always simple. And it is certainly not easy, but it is not supposed to be easy. There is curiosity and discovery. There are perceivable obstacles, “set-backs”, and moments of stumbling. This happens more than I would like to admit. Yet, these are opportunities and blessings, in disguise.
Simultaneously, we gain wisdom, which is encouraging. We learn, and we grow. We come into ourselves, our true selves. After repeatedly falling enough times, we slowly begin to realize that there are great lessons within. Life is showing us something beautiful. The people we meet, the books we read, the silent walks through the city and in the forest. This reflection and contemplation allow something precious to emerge.
We cultivate resiliency, adaptability, openness, and love. What happens when we surrender our agenda and allow the process of life to unfold. We can serve as a catalyst, spotting incredible opportunities, and a pure witness. Just noticing what is in each moment.
In this moment, I feel deep gratitude for all the teachers. I feel deep gratitude for the pure art of learning, and all those who share their learning. Education and creativity are beautiful blessings of this world. It is the greatest gift to see somebody exploring, pursuing, sharing their passion and work. As I move along in my own life, I only look forward to giving and sharing more. I find myself endlessly curious about what it is I will give and share. I am trying to keep my heart open, allowing possibilities to arise. I only wish to be a catalyst, for the potential, for the things that wish to be, that need to be.
I am fascinated by our own minds, and what we can discover through our inner world. Finding a balance between the external and the internal, bridging the gap. I am curious of what resides in those places we wish not to go, in other words, the shadow or the darkness. Simultaneously, I want to open my heart to light and allow light to fill the spaces within. The process is beautiful as I can feel the way in which we begin to change and come back home to ourselves. We are merely returning to that which we are, a being that is pure through and through.
Thank you for being here with me, and for sharing in this space of learning, growing, and becoming that which we are. Returning to the question, who am I, really?
